Awful experience, they told me the car was available. I drove 2 hours to test drive the car, which I did but after the test drive they told me it had been sold the prior day. Awful communication, and I’m sure the person who purchased the car would not like the fact that I was test driving the car they had already purchased. Definitely would never do business with Rosenthal in the future. Stay clear of this dealer.

Very responsive and friendly, and went above and beyond to make an out of state deal smooth and easy over a holiday weekend! They were excellent!

Told us the trade in was leaking oil and low balled the appraisal. Drove home and took it to mechanic who said no oil leak.

The team was overall good to deal with & i love my new Vantage.

They are friendly when try to sell a car, but once you bought the car, they never answer your messages when need them, and the manager never reply a call/text/emails, I'm very disappointed with my purchase, because they are selling cars here at cargurus that are not in good condition, they promised that will fix the car if you buy the car, but then, they're very slow on trying to fix the car, they told me that will take only 2 days and it's been a week since I bought this car and is not fixed yet.!!!

Thank you for all your help. The RAV4 did not have the Blind Spot Monitoring system as mentioned on the website. This is not the dealer or Mr. Ben Rice's fault.
