Not a professional place to do business. It took the dealership forever to reach out with the right person. Not a very friendly interaction so I will be forgetting this place quickly!

The moment I inquired I had three different people calling and texting me from the dealership. I was working with one and evidently they do not communicate the situation with the others and was still getting asked questions by multiple people. I got an email saying the Volvo had been sold and then shortly after I received a text asking if I wanted a video of the interior of the vehicle. It was all just a mess. Predatory it seems.

Although I did not buy the car, I would definitely go back to Northgate for my next purchase. No heavy handed sales push and very informative and up front with pricing. I have bought a lot of cars over the years. This was by far the most positive experience I've had at a dealership!

The sales manager was rude and treated me like a nuisance. I bought a 2018 Honda Fit at another dealership for $4000 less than Jeff wyler asked for the 2017 Honda Fit. The car that I bought is in a much better condition, has no rust nor dents. It is overall a much better deal and I was treated with respect.

They was friendly and they waited patiently to ensure i got the best deal!

Dealership was good. Let me test drive the vehicle. Did not pester me beyond expectation. Left me to make my own decision
