I initiated the vehicle acquisition process via text and phone communication. Following successful price negotiations, the salesperson confirmed acceptance. As I proceeded with the necessary paperwork to finalize the transaction, I unexpectedly received a text message stating that the vehicle had just been sold. Sales person words; So sorry the car sold.

I had a great initial interaction with Sean, but the experience quickly went downhill. After multiple conversations and expressing serious interest in purchasing the vehicle, Sean and Sales Manager Ken completely dropped the ball on communication. A simple text or phone call letting me know the vehicle was being sold to another buyer would have been the professional thing to do. Instead, I was left chasing updates and received radio silence. The car selling wasn’t the issue—poor communication, lack of transparency, and wasted time were. Unfortunately, the way Sean and Ken handled the situation caused me to lose trust in the dealership entirely. If you’re looking for a dealership that values communication and customer service, I’d suggest looking elsewhere. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t do business with Mercedes-Benz of Foothill Ranch again. Plenty of other dealers that you can buy a car from.

Don’t buy the car because found a better for me with less miles and more options

Recently was looking to trade in a vehicle and purchase a new toy. Danny at House of Imports was an outstanding sales person with top notch cutomer skills. He quickly responded to my numerous inquiries for additional photos, questions about the vehicle, etc. While i ultimatley went another direction (New car) it came down to a coin toss and I would have been happy to purchase from House of Imports and Danny

Dream car acquired. It was an amazing experience! Everyone was so helpful! Ash picked me up from the Airport and got me in and on the road in my new car. Iman was great working the deal over the phone and answering all my questions, was super responsive everytime I called. And Shami was amazing as well, getting all the financing in order, was very personable and enjoyed chatting with her as she wrapped everything up. Appreciate everything!
