Rachel was wonderful! She answered all My questions before we got there, had the car cleaned and ready for test drive when we arrived, took us on a very good test drive route and did it all with a beautiful smile!

I had contact with my salesman several times before I made the hour and forty-five minute drive to the dealership. It wasn't until I was half way to the dealership that the salesman informed me that they were going to have to put all new tires on the car to pass inspection and they would not be responsible for any body damage. I told him I didn't understand why it would need tires with only 22k miles on the car and he said he wasn't sure. I asked if the car had any body damage and he said there was a little scuff on the front left said and I could judge for myself when I got there. To my total surprise all four tires were near bald and the entire front facia was in of replacing. None of the information was disclosed on the web site. I was very disappointed in this Mercedes dealership.
