I have to say Carlos and Mercedes-Benz of Boston made my car buying experience so very easy and exciting. I found this vehicle on-line and had to drive 6.5 hours to pick it up. Carlos was very helpful in making this happen. He was very forthright with any of the questions and or pictures that I was asking for. When I arrived the car was what I expected. DID NOT SPEND A LOT OF TIME AT THE DEALERSHIP. Most transactions were completed at the d.m.v. in Rhode Island. Marc very helpful..But there seemed to be a small lack of communication within the organization,,as to returning calls , e-mails texts etc.. Marc made me feel comfortable during the process.

I was in the process purchasing the vehicle online left a deposit.\n Spent lots of time on the phone going back-and-forth. The staff always answer their phone and return phone calls at a reasonable time. I\n Declined, purchasing the vehicle. Due to I misread all the options, they were very grateful, returning my deposit with no headaches. Looking forward to do business next time around. Great staff
