Very helpful with the car buying process!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This Omar Mustafa guy emailed me, asking about my trade-in car and other information. I requested the out-the- door (OTD) price and Carfax report twice in the email, but he ignored my requests and kept asking about my car. Then he said, 'Sir, I am putting everything together. Do you need a couple of days to gather your information?' If you probably shouldn't be selling cars, going back to school, and learning some basic computer skills. The this dealer was very rude.

Was contacted about the car, but when I asked some follow up questions to try and arrange a time to come in and test drive they never responded through email or text. Then I saw a few days later the vehicle was gone. They never took the time to tell me this or try to get me into something different. Just wanted that quick sale.
