Draler responded but I did not get OTD price was imvited to come in. Unfortunately, my time is limited and I wass axpecting to get real OTD price in emaail.

Poor service advertise that they are financing vehicles through Capital One financing when I told them I was a capital one preapproved customer what I was told was that I must do my financing through them ridiculous

I purchased a 2023 Mazda CX-9 from Maxon Hyundai and am very happy with the vehicle itself. The car was in the condition advertised, and Robert was helpful throughout the process. However, I was disappointed with the price transparency and financing process. The price and monthly payment discussed were not the same numbers presented once I got to the finance office. There was a significant amount of fine print and additional costs that made the actual deal look very different from the advertised price. We spent quite a long time at the dealership negotiating before reaching an agreement. In the end, I purchased the vehicle and am happy with it, but I believe the dealership could be much more transparent upfront about pricing and financing terms.

They are very nice to you when you are there. They advertise a low price. When you get there they add extras to the price so that it ends up on the high end of comparable vehicles and will not sell without the extras. When confronted them with my opinion that this seems not good business practice they replied “ that’s how we get people in here” the price was above avg. but not the great deal I went there to get
