A quick and easy experience. Can't complain.

This dealership build on top of a lie. Complete waste of my time. I told Mazda of Lodi my maximum budget clearly and repeatedly multiple times, in no uncertain terms, before I ever agreed to come in. They knew my limit and invited me down anyway, acting like a deal was doable. So I drove out in heavy rain and spent TWO HOURS for this crap. The result? They turned around and told me it was 'impossible' at the exact price I'd already told them over and over I couldn't go above. If it was impossible, why drag me out there in a storm to waste an entire afternoon? They knew the answer before I left my house. Either they don't listen to a word customers say, or they lure people in hoping to pressure them into paying more. Either way, don't bother. Disrespectful of your time and completely pointless.

Someone called and immediately invited me down for a test drive and didn’t acknowledge I had already put in bid. I explained I was ready to buy and as soon as they could. confirm car was in lot I’d come down. After waiting while she “Checked with mgr”. The car I was so excitedly invited to test drive was pulled off lot. Another bait n switch

The communication was lacking. Multiple emails went unanswered. Took my business to a different dealer.

You tell me how in three days the price went almost $6,000. Saying the upper management changed the prices without them, even knowing. So on July 20th it was $22,036 and then on July 23th it was $27,980. The guy Chris told me that keeping the price is lower lures people in and then they jack up the price. Literally a waste of my time. I hope nobody else buys a car from here.

They are very nice to you when you are there. They advertise a low price. When you get there they add extras to the price so that it ends up on the high end of comparable vehicles and will not sell without the extras. When confronted them with my opinion that this seems not good business practice they replied “ that’s how we get people in here” the price was above avg. but not the great deal I went there to get

I waited too long and missed the car. The staff were on the ball, just missed the car.
