"Chris contacted me right away when I inquired about a jeep they were selling. He was upfront and honest from the get go assuring me that they would be able to get me information quickly about a trade in value. I truly hate big lots and appreciate the fact that there was no stress or back and forth sales games. There was no rush to make a decision and I felt the trade in value was fair. I'm definitely keeping them in mind for future purchases and highly recommend them."

"We haven't closed yet due to issues with some repairs that caused the car's computer system to have to reboot and to go through the reset process accomplished by driving it. Dealership staff has successfully reset the system and we are scheduled to close this afternoon (2016-06- 09) for $13,000 minus the wholesale value of my 2002 Maxima with 175,000 miles trade-in ($750). I have been dealing directly with the dealership owner. He has handled this sale and me in an extraordinarily professional way. He has been fair in his negotiations and responsive in his desire to get the car in as good of shape as reasonable for its sale. He had his mechanical vendor evaluate a rattle interior to the car, ran diagnostics and ended up replacing the mass air sensor a $600 bill. I would add that I too have been reasonable in my expectations. An approach on both sides most likely leading to a successful business deal. In the end, this is a 15 year old used car and no one, including the dealership, can actually know what condition the car is in. Problems in this area cannot be ascribed wholly to the dealer, but is a reflection of his acumen in choosing cars to buy then sell.. And while this dealer appears to have taken the professional approach to selling used cars; it remains to be seen how the cars value compares to its cost over the long run. However, based upon my experience to this point, I would strongly recommend this dealership."
