Misleading advertising. By the time they finished adding all kind nonsensical fees for over 7 thousand extra.

They don’t listen. I had to ask three times for photos of the vehicle. They kept asking if I was only interested in that specific vehicle. When I finally got the photos, they weren’t what was described on website. I told the dealer I wasn’t interested. A week later, the same “person” contacted me again with the same email as the first time. I wouldn’t go to a place that can’t keep their prospects organized and is deceitful

sold the vehicle while i was negotiating the deal.

Tom's Ford was incredibly easy to work with from New York City. We got everything negotiated over the phone and I got a no surprises proposal that didn't change when I arrived. I got a ride down from the city and I was home shortly after. After going to dealers running scam after scam, Tom's was refreshing in their honesty and how much they stand behind their cars. Not only do they sell vehicles at a fair price, but they warranty the engines for life!

I haven't went to see car cause of work schedule. If it doesn't be sold this weekend it's my attention of buying it, thank you.
