Brett, my long distance sales rep was very helpful. I was 3 hours away from the dealership so text, email, and phone conversations were the means of communication to pull off the transaction. I arrived to pick up the vehicle, which had been detailed very well, found the paperwork ready for signing and gave payment to Pam and was out the door.

This dealership was far and away the finest exotic dealership I have ever dealt with and communication, transparency, and honesty was phenomenal!

Drove over 2 hours to see the car only to find out that the price advertised on CarGurus was assuming you financed through them. I was paying cash so the price was $2800 more and they said they had zero wiggle room. They also added over $8k in fees and “already installed” warranties for dents and dings that was maybe $3k on top of the advertised price. All of this for a $40k X5. When I showed them the fine print on Car Gurus that said the advertised price is the cash price, they said that was a typo and still would not honor it.
