Brett, my long distance sales rep was very helpful. I was 3 hours away from the dealership so text, email, and phone conversations were the means of communication to pull off the transaction. I arrived to pick up the vehicle, which had been detailed very well, found the paperwork ready for signing and gave payment to Pam and was out the door.

This was the worst experience I've ever had trying to buy a car. It took several days for a person to actually contact me. I emailed them over a copy of preapproval and had financing secured through my bank. I also sent them the price that cargurus had online. When someone finally talked to me 3 days later, they told me the price was about a $600 more than what i had a copy of. The price was changed online and no one seemed to communicate with one another. I finally got the manager Damon and told him to provide the out the door numbers so we could move forward. I live in Virginia, so I was not able to go to the dealership in person. He told me he would get back with me. I did not hear from him for days. I called back left a message and spoke with the sales woman Antonella who told me she thought I was still thinking about it. I requested final numbers again and still have no response from anyone other than an AI bot with Inquiry replies.
