I arrived at 9:30 on a Saturday morning after a two hour drive. I checked out the 530i and a sales rep took photos of my Audi trade-in to get me a value. I said I was going to look at another car at a nearby dealer and would call to see what the trade in quote was. I called and texted 5 times with no reply. I bought from the other dealer. Next day Camarillo called and still didn't have a quote for my trade in.

Waited 10 days to get a response. Couldn't get a straight answer as to whether the car was sold and what the price actually is. I think the ad is for a car that doesn't exist. Waste of time.

I paid cash for the vehicle the 2023 rogue SL premium package Jose, the general manager was great and so was Michelle and I love the sales person Jesus, I surprised my friend with the vehicle. She knew nothing about it‼️ The general manager allowed Jesus to follow me to give my friend the car and then he took me home. Awesome experience. The dealership was the best ever.

I had a great initial interaction with Sean, but the experience quickly went downhill. After multiple conversations and expressing serious interest in purchasing the vehicle, Sean and Sales Manager Ken completely dropped the ball on communication. A simple text or phone call letting me know the vehicle was being sold to another buyer would have been the professional thing to do. Instead, I was left chasing updates and received radio silence. The car selling wasn’t the issue—poor communication, lack of transparency, and wasted time were. Unfortunately, the way Sean and Ken handled the situation caused me to lose trust in the dealership entirely. If you’re looking for a dealership that values communication and customer service, I’d suggest looking elsewhere. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t do business with Mercedes-Benz of Foothill Ranch again. Plenty of other dealers that you can buy a car from.

Arrived to see a Lexus RX. It had the following conditions which were not disclosed in listing: 1. Very large crack in windshield (dealer said they would replace, but they should have replaced before putting it on sale) 2. Active oil leak that my mechanic's inspection revealed (dealer claimed that the oil was residual oil due to replacing an oil pan; however, my mechanic's inspection was pretty detailed and he mentioned that this was an active leak. The dealer could be correct; however, one can't take that chance with a used vehicle.) 3. Tire tread was just a fraction above allowable limits. Due to the level of the tires being lower than what I would consider normal, I would have mentioned this in the listing or just avoided it all by replacing tires first. I have a strict 'no-leaks' policy on used vehicles; so, regardless of how the oil was dripping, I was not going to buy that car. I spent a lot of time and money going there and inspecting the car. I won't be revisiting.
