Nick was great to work with. A couple of glitches with vehicle, but problems were resolved in timely manner.

I had a great salesman at first but he was new and needed help. The second guy was very pushy and kept telling me that car gurus doesn’t have accurate numbers and that the jeep was $27,000 when CarGurus had it listed for $18,000 and something. The guy kept telling me that my pre approval wasn’t right either. I told him no so many times because he just couldn’t get the numbers where I needed them. He kept saying but you can pay it or they wouldn’t have approved you for it. I kept saying just because I can pay it doesn’t me I want to for something I don’t need but want. All in all I hate pushy salesman for this reason.

The car needed a lot of work and was overpriced. The salesman tried to convince me that it was a good deal and showed the blue book value of a vehicle in excellent condition. The vehicle I test drove was in fair condition, at best. I wound up purchasing somewhere else...
