Something didn’t feel good about this dealership. They were very quick to respond, but I had an uneasy feeling that I was being told what they thought I wanted to hear, for example; “No nicks or dents.” It’s five years old. This isn’t very likely. When I questioned something, there was a super long period of silence of over 12 hours, and then everything I asked about was cleared up and the car was perfect. Again, no five year old car is in perfect condition. Detailed and honest information was crucial for me as I would’ve flown there to buy it. With the uneasy feeling I had, I did not move forward as I knew there would be negative surprises waiting for me in Alexandria. Dealers, please be brutally honest when dealing with non local buyers.

Delayed responses from this dealership, and continued lack of follow-through for requested estimates and communication for the sales agent. Frequent errors in the estimates provided when asking for quotes for tag/registration in two different states. I had to reach out and ask for the information that was supposed to be sent to me on multiple occasions. This is not ideal if you are looking to purchase online. Strongly suggest dealing with this dealership only in person. Also, when i visited this dealership for a test drive, the overall environment was very stale. No one greeted me when I walked in. Sales agents and receptionist did not make eye contact. I had to ask to test drive a vehicle. Also, when requesting to see a certain type of interior, I had to keep asking the sales agent to show me a vehicle. It was not a very helpful or pleasant experience, especially when looking to purchase a vehicle.

I was informed that the vehicle is available for export after one hour I was told that Lamborghini does not permit to export the vehicle. After another hour again they said the vehicle is available for export. I requested the window sticker along with a workaround video and no reply. I was surprised by this inconsistency and poor customer support.
