Visited the store and test drove the vehicle. Negotiated a mutually acceptable price and have an appointment to complete the transaction. Forget what I wrote about. Contacted the dealership that a possible issue came up and I might not be able to complete the transaction today. I would like to provide a credit card to provide a non-refundable deposit on the vehicle to continue to hold it. I was then informed that the car has been sold to another customer. NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE... WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!! RUN, RUN FAR AWAY FROM THEM. System won't allow me to change the star rating... ZERO STARS!!!!!!

Responded quick, very friendly and helpful. They helped me understand what I get with additional warranty’s as well as provided quick service and help. I highly recommend stopping by. Give them a chance and you won’t be disappointed.

Without saying too much, I am dissatisfied with the customer service. The service started out great with helpful information and clear guidance, but then it fell off the rails from there!! I was never contacted after my finance application on the vehicle that I was interested in, and when I called to get the next steps of the process, I was never able to get any one or any help. Then over a 2 day span of me calling and texting the dealership’s number, I was promised someone would finally reach out to me on behalf of the vehicle I was trying to finance. At the dealership no one reached back out and when I checked on the vehicle again it was sold.

He followed up I explained my situation precisely and then never received a call back.

I was looking at a 2013 Acura. Negotiated a price and was forwarded a price for a 2017 Acura. I agreed and signed the paperwork and sent a check to the dealership. They came back and said that they made a mistake and that I owed them another $1000 for the 2017. Then they told me that I could get the 2013 for the same price but would have to redo the paperwork. Buyer beware!

Poor sales staff, lie about having car in stock day of schedule showing and then tried to bait and switch me. Sad experience very sad.

It seems like this dealership was not interested in me as a buyer. Although I’m from out of town it seems like they didn’t care if I pursued with the purchase or not perhaps it was too much work with me being out of town and having a vehicle to trade in but they just didn’t seem interested. They lowballed me on the price of my trade-in but at the same time jacked up the price of the other vehicle online.
