The owner was willing to deal, very nice and upfront no hiding things like other dealerships, overall would give them a 9 out of 10 cuz nobody is perfect

At first, they reached out on an inquiry I had for a 2016 BMW 740i which was normal. I gave them information on a trade I have which was a 2015 Audi A8L 3.0t. I filled out a credit application and also let them know that Reliable Credit was the lender I was going through. A few days go by and nothing. My credit wasn’t even pulled. No one decided to update me on anything. So I called in and told them that I wanted to cancel my credit application. The person on the phone asked why and I said because I haven’t heard from anyone and I didn’t want to continue. So the guy on the looks into my application. He said the problem was my trade in because I still owe too much and that I would need $8k down. And I asked, so no one thought to let me know this and decide not contacting was a better option? So I wouldn’t suggest buying from them and on top of that, they said they reached out to Reliable Credit but lied because I asked the lender and they received nothing from them. Bunch of liars.
