I just bought a car from Russell at AK Motors this weekend. I was very pleased with the overall experience. I drove nearly 3 hrs to get there, so I asked him to please give me an honest assessment of the vehicle before I drove all that way. When I got there, the car was pretty much as he described it. It was in good overall condition and he was a no pressure sales person. He put a dealer plate on the car and let me take for a ride, for as long as I wanted and without him. The car checked out very well. Me and a friend of mine went through it pretty thoroughly. Russell and I were able to agree on a fair price and close the deal. He also had no problem letting me scan the car for any stored engine codes. It didn't have any. I drove the car back to CT, almost 150 miles, and it cruised fine all the way home. I would recommend using Russell and AK Motors if you are in the market for an affordable used vehicle.

I typically dread going to a dealership. My past experiences have left me cynical and distrustful. I was pleasantly surprised when dealing with Kelly Nissan. They were respectful, straightforward and above board. No games. The truck I wanted was on the lot and the price was fair.

The salesman that called me had low motivation and seemed not to care. He was not inviting or friendly

The process was smooth and easy. The manager and salesman were great to work with.

Still evaluating the deal and investigating/ considering other options. Vehicle is very nice and accurately represented on line.

Great follow up and communication very nice emails still looking need an honest short sale!
