Our salesman was E.J. He was very helpful and answered all of our questions. He had the vehicle ready for us to see and test drive. Although we didn’t get a vehicle on this trip my wife and I were very happy and comfortable there. As we continue to search for a vehicle Smith Ford in Lowell is definitely an option as we continue our vehicle search.

Very good people to deal with. I just purchased my Lincoln from them. Communication was excellent. Answered all my questions immediately. I had the car delivered to the Metro Detroit area. & it’s beautiful. Norman arranged the shipping & all I had to do was pick the car up a Mille or 2 from my house. Great company to deal with.

I’ve called them spoke to someone the first day told me he’d get back to me about it, Never returned my call. I called back after the weekend left a message still nothing! I had all documents ready to go it would’ve been a done deal I had financing and everything all they had to do was confirm and they did not do anything for me!

The staff was extremely helpful And very good at communicating. The car was as described if not better. Overall, I feel like I had the best car buying experience ever.
