The car was never detailed properly when I picked it up. A standard car wash could have done a better cleaning job.

The have marketing assistance manage all the messaging, except they do not really know what's going on with the inventory and do not check with the people on site at the dealership. I drove an hour to go view the vehicle I was promised was there on the lot, but turns out the person that was working on site had no idea about the vehicle, and didn't even speak English so they had to tell me over the phone from another person that the vehicle sold. Do not trust their Customer Service!

A very disappointing experience. Very very slow in communication and not honest about the condition of the vehicle which needs a major repair that the GM Yanni does not acknowledge. I think unless you are buying a $100K car or more, they are not very interested in doing business with you.
