Dealerships near me (Lone Tree, IA)

After posting an honest review stating my experience with this dealership, my husband received a phone call from the dealership, which was 10 minutes of drawn-out contentions argument with them insisting we remove our review. They also responded to my post with name calling, which is extremely unprofessional and uncalled for. My review was not derogatory in any fashion, just simply stating I felt they didn’t want to sell a car and that I would not return. I do not believe that should warrant a harassing phone call from the dealership. I will not be removing my post.

I texted him and told him I was running alittle late that I was coming from davenport he said it was ok and would wait for me to get there when I got there he was in his car waiting and as he seen me pull in he drove off and left and I know he seen me cuz he looked right at me I called him on his cell and he was very rude.

The salesperson who assisted me has been great. Even though the Sequoia did not work out for me we are still in touch and he is going to let me know if he finds something else that might work.

Told me it was a white with brown interior and it turned out to be gray with black interior. Would not confirm appointment to view the vehicle based on this interaction

Sales person who contacted me was great, unfortunately the vehicle sold just hours before my appointment to look at it.
