I typically dread going to a dealership. My past experiences have left me cynical and distrustful. I was pleasantly surprised when dealing with Kelly Nissan. They were respectful, straightforward and above board. No games. The truck I wanted was on the lot and the price was fair.

Dishonest scheduled an appt to test drive a specific vehicle that had just come in. They had no photos online. Arrived at the dealership. Let us see the car couldn’t let us test drive it yet. Had not been serviced…kept stringing us along for over a week then increased the price of the car. Could only get advertised price if I financed a minimum of $10,000, interest rate was very high and added a $1,895 restore and service fee on top of doc fee. When I told him I was gonna pass on the car, they continue to call me to the point of harassment both salesman and manager.

They said the car was avaiilable, gave me their number, I called and no one called me back! Terrible behavior. Extremely disappointed by their sales dept.

Windham Auto Sales Derry, NH Awful experience, obviously would never consider them after this! Collaborating all the reviews which sight either "bait-n-switch or dingdong ditch". Made an appointment (from 2 states away) for a car and drove over 2 hours only to arrive to find the sales representative was not there, I had no appointment listed, and the vehicle was Not on the premises! Eventually the sales representative who was there, proclaimed that there would have been a deposit required to hold an appointment for a particular vehicle (and it was my fault:-( Any stars given would have been for the dealer's website which is pretty good.
