Jack, David and Lorenzo were awesome, honest people, not your typical sales team, they were not pushy. They gave me a fair price for my old vehicle and i drove away in a brand new Bronco, they took care of all the paperwork and Jack made sure i had my first oil change (free btw) scheduled. Id give Wall’s Ford more stars if i could. I recommend these guys to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

This review could have been different and I will explain. Disabled veterans get some sales tax relief through what is called the heroes act. To say that it is easy or obvious process would be the over statement of the century. While no one knew that process going in, I am happy to say that we all learned something and all ended well. The good news for future customers is that McGovern Ford is now expert in how to explain and process hero act customers. Patience was key but I expect disabled veteran customers of McGovern will benefit from the experience. Thanks McGovern ford
