Over all it was fine, just a little lack of communication, was never told we had to set up an appointment to pick up vehicle, 3 1/2 hour drive to dealership then had to wait a couple hours even though we paid deposit and sent all paperwork.

Had an appointment to view this car set the day prior. Upon arriving for this Jeep the dealership was finalizing a deal on it and was sold before I could even see it. Very disappointed and won’t return to Shultz Ford ever.

James and entire team were greatest to work with. Traveled 2 hours to see car and exceptional performance by all.

We recently purchased a Ford Explorer from this dealership. Before completing the purchase, we specifically informed our salesperson, Doug, that functioning heated seats were an essential requirement due to a medical condition. Doug assured us that the vehicle was equipped with heated seats and demonstrated the controls, calling out the lights and the detailed smail inspection leading us to believe they were fully operational. After taking possession of the vehicle, we discovered that the driver's heated seat does not work, despite the indicator light turning on which indicates functionality. I contacted Doug the following day to report the issue. The heated seat was not simply a preferred feature; it was a necessity and a deciding factor in our purchase. We believe the repair should be covered by Smail Ford Lincoln because the vehicle was represented as having functioning heated seats. Despite this, the dealership has refused to cover the repair. 10 out of 10 I Would never recommend

The dealer never contacted me

I worked with Matt really a fantastic salesman. I did my research prior on pricing of my trade and purchase value not just kbb but realistic for months. With understanding they also would need to make some off of my trade. That was all met. Now the issue im currently at is i was relayed 4 new tires were on it (I should have looked better at dealership) 2 were new 2 are 2023 and have dry rotted. The 2 new are peeling away. Which I have never seen before. Took it back tech claimed normal for aggressive tires. Which I find hard to believe ive ran aggressive tires for years. Im thinking he wasnt sticking his neck out for later repramandation. Further investigation im thinking more they put zero tires on and prior owner put 2 on a few weeks before they rotated cupped fronts out to rear is why they are now destroying. Took it back waiting on a reply now on what will become. Ive offered to pay the difference of different tires if they just covered cost of the four I was told "just put on"
