Good experience

I made an appointment to see a low cost vehicle. They had my number and email. They could have contacted me when it sold, but they did not. So when I showed up for my "appointment" it took them 10 minutes to find out the vehicle had sold "earlier in the day". Mind you I called at 11am to for a 5 pm appointment. allegedly the vehicle was available at 11 and had sold before I got there. They made no effort to tell me it was sold. I highly doubt it was even there because the same vehicle was still online for 3 more days. I feel they put it on at a low price to get people in the door and try to sell them a higher priced vehicle. (the next similar vehicle was 6 grand more than the one I wanted to see). And now they won't stop calling and texting me.

10/10 from sales to finance! Love my new Bronco.

Laid back attitude, Jace my salesman was very knowledgeable about options on Truck Truck was as advertised and Jace made a sale! Office staff were very professional and easy to deal with, In and out quickly Truck was very clean and full of gas
