I have bought multiple vehicles in the past few years. My experience on my recent purchase with Northside Lexus is by far the best I ever had. There was no time wasted and the staff was very courteous. I would definitely go back.

I was very interested in this vehicle and reached out because the listing had no photos. I was told photos would be sent, but after waiting and following up again, I still never received anything or got a response. The car was later marked as sold, and no update was provided. Disappointing communication — a simple update would have been appreciated. I would not recommend llya. If you ask her questions she says she’ll get back to you and doesn’t. You have to be constantly messaging her to get answers.
