I wouldn’t step foot in this dealership. I drive 2 1/2 hours to see the truck because it was described as extremely clean. I get there and the drivers side seat is broke, the doors are starting to rust and the drivers side step bar is missing. So I turned it down. They brought a 2029 ford up to show me and it’s nice so I make the purchase. I also purchase the 3 year warranty. On my way back home (2 1/2 hours) I find out there’s a headlight out, no washer fluid and the key fob batteries need replaced. They did take care of the headlight. Once I get home and drive it the next day the check engine light comes on so I have a ford dealership look at it and they said the cam phasers are going bad and it’s common for this year ford. I call the dealership to tell them what’s going on and the man tells me I can use the warranty after the first 30 days and says the dealership is just trying to make money. So he wants me to wait 30 days for the warranty to kick in. He blew me off. Stay away!

Very nice salesman, but when we came back to sign papers the salesman did not have the warranty that the financial manager agreed to. So, that was frustrating.

The envoys high mileage and age made financing difficult. The team at Sanderson found me a newer car with better mileage, that was better than I thought I could afford. The process was quick and upfront. They worked hard to find me the best deal for my credit situation. Definitely recommend.
