There is a young man, Jesus, who was more than helpful. He was knowledgeable about the inventory and did his very best at accommodation. Unfortunately the manager of the smaller dealership just wanted to sell as much inventory as he possibly could. He wasn't accommodating and gave absolutely no room for comparison and competitive pricing. Just down the street I saw an x7 in extremely competitive pricing and quality and he just had 1 price in mind and nothing else. While I was. Completing my deal on the x7 he automatically went into sellers mode on a jag xjl as well as a mercedes convertible. Neither vehicle was ready for a test drive one with no gas and the other no charged battery.

I purchased online and was very satisfied with the communication and overall experience dealing with Moe.
