Dealerships near me (Lakewood, NJ)

Direct approach and easy process on pricing. Will be collecting the vehicle soon. From out of state this has been a good process forward, on the day we collected the car everyone was quick and easy from insurance to signing all papers process was 20 minutes. Salesman was excellent and traveling from 2 1/2 hours from home this was a deal of the century. Please work with this dealer, we will definitely use them going forward

Very responsive

Disorganized/Unfriendly (my opinion based on a voicemail): I inquired about a car, was told it was sold, end of what I thought the process was. Then I was contacted multiple times following up on said car, including a voicemail where the sales person sounded truly irritated to even be calling me. I had to point out that the car she kept calling about, she had already sold. *sigh* Such is “customer service” in most places lately, not surprising but you asked for feedback!

Very professional...

Sam really went out his way to help me with the purchase of the car. He was very knowledgeable and knew the people to call to help the process go smoothly. I am so thankful for him. I would surely refer my family to him. I am very happy with my car.

They were not willing to negotiate car gurus indicated how they were highly priced and they refused to compromise on pricing with regard to the car. Comparable cars were priced on car gurus 4000 at least cheaper.

I offered a price for a car and my car as trad in and never heard back from them.....

We wound up buying the car we were interested in,it was a bit rougher than we thought it would be,I was on the fence about buying it,in the end I decided to take a chance. To soon to rate how happy we are with the car.

Straight forward, Very pleasant environment with great customer care, experience was easy. Dealer went extra mile to get proper deal for me, appreciate at a time of crisis.
