Dealerships near me (Lake Zurich, IL)

Never answered my email. Had a few questions about the car and all I got back was a text asking when I could come drive it. I live 250 miles away, you can't answer a few questions? You think I am going to drive for 4 hours when you can't answer a simple email.

I did buy a 2023 not the one thats mentioned.I made a appt with Mike who sent a short video introducing himself,I received emails from Nick and Kelsey. The owner Richard wickstrom wrote a short note the whole deal in and out in about 1hr 45 min extremely friendly and polite

I worked with Dottie trying to purchase a vehicle and she was very professional and courteous. I requested lots of info by text messages and she was very responsive. She also provided detailed pricing info upon my request, and I greatly appreciated that. I also contacted several other dealers, but none of them provided accurate info and they all tried to trick me by playing with numbers. Dottie was the only one who didn't. I ended up not buying the vehicle I was interested in, only because my wife changed her mind at the last minute. I'd love to work with Dottie again in the future!

Mike made things relatively painless. He was very prompt in his responses and I don’t believe he said anything that was entirely untrue. This was my first time buying a car unseen over the internet and it seemed to go smoothly. The car was in excellent condition when I received it today. The only issue is that the transport driver tracked some a big blob of crap onto the driver side floor mat. In the future they might want to use one of those paper floor protectors.

I’m 45 years old, I can honestly say I’ve never had a WORSE experience than buying a car here. I called the day before because I was traveling a far distance and explained that to Jack the salesman, he proceeded to give no care so when I show up the next morning I find out the car isn’t even prepared, they haven’t even serviced it/ gone through it .After waiting 2 hours I finally get drive a filthy car with bald tires. Then come to find out, they already accepted money down on a car but they did zero intake or paperwork on it. They dropped the price because of horrible and unsafe tires or I could get the crappiest tires they have put on. I won’t lie, I bought the vehicle, in the end, I’m a mechanic, I did my checks of it, they lowered the prices but sold it to me on empty so I had to scramble to find a gas station with only a few miles gas in the tank. I DON’T RECOMMEND BUYING HERE. They are an awful company. I’ve bought 12 vehicles in my life. They are by far the worst of the 12.
