They were very slow to respond and rarely answered my questions. Even though I expressed a desire to purchase they didn't seem to want to sell it to an out of state buyer.

On Thursday, I signed electronic purchase/finance docs for a 2025 Chevy Traverse (~8,500 miles). Dealership ran my credit with multiple lenders (Bank of America, PNC, U.S. Bank, Fifth Third), causing several hard inquiries. After signing and being told the vehicle would ship after overnight processing, I got a text saying it was sold. When I called, they claimed it was wrecked on the lot and promised photos (none sent). Later, another staffer said it was sold and tried steering me to another vehicle. I lost access to the signed e-documents and was never given copies despite requests. After repeated calls for answers, I was told to stop contacting the dealership. Multiple hard pulls, signed contracts, conflicting stories (sold/wrecked/sold), and no document copies is very troubling. Advice: Get signed document copies immediately and verify vehicle availability BEFORE credit is run.
