I spent approximately five days working with the dealership and had progressed into the financing stage of the transaction. While this may have been a matter of poor timing, I was informed shortly after my credit was pulled that the vehicle was no longer available. I had previously signed a proposal that was provided to me with only a relatively minor request but was committed to purchasing the vehicle. Given that this is a Mercedes-Benz dealership, I feel there was a missed opportunity to deliver the level of customer service and “white-glove” experience one would reasonably expect. I want to note that I had no issues with the salesperson I worked with.

I don’t normally write reviews cause I buy a lot vehicles. Sterling at Styles Motor’s LLC made the transaction super clean and easy. When we arrived to pick up the truck, he had everything ready, Sterling made really smooth and enjoyable, I will be buying more vehicles from Sterling. Great guy, honest, transparency is impeccable. Thank you Sterling, see you in the near future.

Trampas was great sent me video focusing on my interests, he followed up. Couldn’t ask for a better experience at a car dealership.

Everything went really great from the start. The sales rep contacted me over text and because I was in work, they worked with me over text to work out details and timing and financing and everything so that I could just show up to the dealership sign paperwork and be on my way. They even helped me get to the dealership without a vehicle they were incredibly helpful.

Good visit

Reh motors did a fantastic job at easing me into my first dealership purchase. Communication was responsive, was fairly quick getting everything setup, and there was never a moment where I felt pressured. A great experience overall, would happily go here again. ✨
