Over two days of communication, we arranged a cash purchase for what was described as a simple transportation van and even coordinated care for a family member to complete the purchase. When we arrived, the original van had not been inspected or serviced and had visible body damage (fender and bumper). It was in such condition that we chose not to test drive it. We were then told another van would be brought in from a different location. After significant delays and poor coordination between Bellflower and Montclair, we waited over 2.5 hours while repeatedly being told the vehicle was on its way, when it appeared it could have been retrieved much sooner. During this time, we were given an estimated out-the-door price that continued to change. Additional items such as door bumpers and window tint were added—even though the vehicle already had tint—raising the estimate by approximately $2,000 before any final contract was presented. The SUV was not available at the time of arrival but sales person said it was ready when we called. We got to the dealership and the Sportage was in a terrible condition inside out. We left from there and made another purchased somewhere else, but sales person kept calling and texting even though we said we already made a purchase, he said for us to go back and trade in the new purchase (what a joke). Sorry we didn't appreciate that so that's why is a low score!

The dealer provided a Purchase Order that had inaccurate mileage (60,987/62,207 actual). Provided a CarFax. While the CarFax indicates no damage, the car has a damaged windshield. The dealer stated that the cracks had been filled, but they were not. The surface was still irregular. The is also a fresh deep scratch on the protective film (driver-side rear door). The dealer bushed it off with "the scratch did not reach the paint surface. All this I was supposed to take his word for it, and the dealer had ample opportunity to divulge the information before I obtained a purchase order and drove 50 miles. The dealer indicated that he has worked with my credit union on many occasions, yet refused to provide my credit union with a non-purchase notice to clear the drop letter the credit union generated. I had to wait 15 days for CU policy clearance. I have photos of damage, emails, and text messages to the dealer regarding the NPN. I would not recommend the dealer to anyone!

Their advertise on line price showed the asking prices for $16900 when I called in to show interest on the vehicle they changed the price to $17900 while I was on the phone.. bad business they appeared to be so dishonest and unprofessional over the phone..
