I spoke to either a CSR or AI asking if this car was available. Also tried to verify the miles and options. I was told that a sales person would call back never received a call

I was in communication with Dionte who claimed to be the sales manager at the dealership and we agreed on a price for the vehicle. I live over 3 hours away. I cleared my work schedule to drive down, test drove the vehicle and went in to go over the numbers. Suddenly they had a problem and wouldn't honor the agreed on price, went up over $2,000. They will say anything just to get you in the dealership. Wasted over 6 hours round trip in the car for nothing. Shady tactics.

Appreciated Paul and Micheal. It was a beautiful Lincoln Continental in great shape at a very competitive price. Drove it 1500 ish miles from Chicago back to Salt Lake and it drove like a dreams. This wasn’t my first rodeo w a car dealer and they stayed above board the whole way. I was skeptical about the dealership ratings but they were top notch to me. Thanks again yall.

Had all price settle via email before stepping into the dealership was out in about 2 hours all personal I delt with were professional and quick. Overall very good experience.

Horrible dealership! They add money to thr price of the vehicle when its supposed ro be taken off... never go here not worth it. They talk to you like you sre incompetent. They add 6-10k to the listing price of vehicles

Sales woman Maria was great. For me anytime over one hour is too long. I’m impatient. I would rather been an hour or less, but overall the experience was great.

I asked about trade in value of my car, to give me an idea. They asked for VIN and the photos, which I sent. Then they never gave me an estimate.
