Helpful dealer with sharing info

First impression was good, I contacted the dealer and a sales person promptly got back to me and followed up. Day of, I let the sales person know when I will arrive and it is confirmed. I arrive at the dealer and the sales person and car can't be located. I call, text, and ask another sales person. The car and sales person I had been talking to can't be located. I wait and look at other cars for 20+ min and am told by a sales person they don't know when the car or sales person will be back so I leave. Later in the day I get a text saying the car was getting an oil change and did I want to come back. Very frustrating experience and waste of time.

The team at Topline autogroup - Ivan - Zafar - Josif were stellar! These cars can be high maintainence and I had a series of particular asks and upgrades about the SL550. They went above and beyond to make sure that all my requests were addressed even replacing parts that I partcularly asked for as part of our final set price. Amazing service and work ethic. I now have a perfect 2009 SL550 with 33k miles at an excellent price and with every concern I had addressed. I will definetly do business with Ivan and his team in the future and would recommend them without hesitation. These cars are among the best exotic and unique available. The show room is excellent and the team goes above and beyond. The Mercedes Benz dealerships could learn alot from this group. Topline Auto Group is the best!

Great Communication, friendly and prompt.

Grenadier windshield is broken crack runs. The full length of the windshield was not disclosed until I saw a pictures. What a disappointment. Shame on you Mercedes of Bellevue.
