The salesman Eric, was not consistent! He took my information, had me complete and application, texted me maybe twice after that and just stopped all communication. I received no status follow-up or communication about my application. He was unprofessional and I think some salesman aren't good at navigating through all types of credit/financial situations. Eric, is definitely one of those salesman. In fact, the finance department might not be trained to deal with all types of credit situations. Don't bother if you really need to get a car.
