So frustrating to deal with, never followed through as promised and wasted my time again and again. Bought the car, but will never buy a car from them again. Very disappointed with their customer service.

Total bait and swith on the price and not helpful at all… Took almost 2 weeks to settle when I literally told them which vehicle in stock number I wanted from my first communication. Definitely go public with it.

Did not clean the inside of the car before I finished signing papers. Scratches and stains on the outside of car that were documented. I had a good experience, but I did not like how I received the car. Nothing in the car was cleaned. I don’t know if it was due to it snowing, but that is unacceptable. I spend all the money to receive a dirty car. Overall, I have the car that I wanted, just not in the condition I wanted.
