Serg Lacroix made our buying experience seamless. He took our deposit over the phone and we were away for the weekend but our car was ready for a test drive and purchase the following Tuesday. John Starks dealership is the best and his dedication to the community make his purchase prices lower than any others we investigated. We also got a Kia Sorento plug in hybrid which wasn’t available anywhere by us in Westchester or CT. Great deal on a difficult to abstain car and they held the car over the weekend, stuck with the price and even gave us complementary car mats! Amazing! Great Job Serg and John Starks dealership! Thanks for making it a Merry X mass for my wife and a perfect gift to her from me.

They did follow up however I purchased a car from another dealer.

Today was a terrible day, I found a car late at night that was I was interested in. I waited Until 9 am to talk to a service representative to see if there were any flexibility on the pricing. I already have received my financing and live primarily in Maryland, prepare to drive in and pick the car up. My sale associated Anthony was very rude and fussed about how much money they were loosing on the car even though it was been sitting for over 100 days. I don’t require much customer service however courtesy and sincerity is important. I called back to talk to a manager and of course no one is available. Please be careful with this dealership. I will also be writing a letter to corporate because no one should feel like this when spending your hard earned money.

I have email the dealer more than 6 times and called. To date I have had the Jessica Garcia automated response and nothing after that. I called a couple days later, after 5 minutes on hold they hung up on me. Awful follow up and the truck is still for sale.
