They sold the car with out telling me and I had test drive for it and never happened

I haven’t bought car here yet. I may purchase one, because there is no pressure from the sales team and they are amazing at communicating with you. Sarib is amazing for used cars. Really just down to earth and finds you the best car for your budget.

Contacted Atlantic Kia for appt via email exchange. Received email that appointment was confirmed. Arrive to dealership. Was told no appointment was made and car was already reserved. Definitely feel like they used the car as a fisher, as I live nearby the dealership and see the car driving by. Informed them very nicely in writing that they should be more considerate of other people's time, and received a "thank you for your feedback". Not even a sorry. I guess it was a sign because I found a better car and deal elsewhere.

Please stay away from this dealership, they are terrible at communication and when you finally get a “representative “ on the phone and you ask to speak with a manager they laugh at you and hang up ! STAY FAR AWAY!!!

My husband drove 3 hours to go look at this vehicle, in show and crazy winds. We had an appointment on Saturday arrived a little late due to weather. Staff was friendly, they worked hard to get us a deal that was perfect for us. Traded in our mini van for the expedition due to a growing family. Patty was amazing the whole way. This mama is happy

They were helpful, but I decided to buy a new Lexus locally.

Advertised price not honored, unless mandatory add-ons such as protection package and tracking was purchased. The staff were kind, but it was a waste of time.

I inquired about 2 cars with prices lower than typical. I was told both cars were sold but they had similar cars available which happened to be thousands more. Seems like classic bait and switch.
