I was interested in a vehicle with a stock photo and requested photos before traveling from out of state. They said they would send me some and never did even though they were quick to add me to their emailing list since I have received several emails from them about other vehicles. Still nothing about the one I inquired about.

I talked to a salesman on the phone and was quoted a price of $9885 for a 2009 Lexus RX 350. I asked the salesman for the details of the vehicle because the price of the vehicle and other information was not present on cargurus website. When I get to the car dealership and start to negotiate a price for the vehicle, I give a price that I wanted to pay to the salesman. The salesman left for a long period of time and when he returned the price of the car is now $11885 and is listed on the cargurus website. The salesman said he would honor the price of $9885 and I agree to the price. However, when we sat down with Steve, The sales manager to go over the numbers several additional costs (not taxes or tag fees) were added to the cost of the car. This appear to be suspicious or unethical behavior so I left without purchasing the car. I can't say that I was disappointed, for some reason, I suspected it would end this way.
