Positive experience and interactions until day of my scheduled visit for test drive. I told dealer specifically that I was coming from out of state. She did not call me to tell me until 45 min before my appointment that the car sold THE NIGHT BEFORE. It was inconsiderate and unprofessional to wait as long as she did, as they did know I was traveling some distance and was halfway thru my drive. I am no longer interested in giving this establishment my business

Lana the salesperson was very transparent about pricing and worked with me to stick to our budget. We did spend 3.5 hours at the dealership, half that time waiting, but otherwise a 5 star experience.
