Kia dealerships near me (Great Neck, NY)

They were helpful, but I decided to buy a new Lexus locally.

Where do I start , i inquired about this vehicle & they responded promptly.. unbeknown to them I had already looked up the vehicle by the vin # provided by them as per the description of the ad. It didn’t match & I told the salesman that ‍♂️ after he found out I knew it wasn’t the vehicle , he tried to offer me another one ..at this point i didn’t trust them & would definitely stay away from them if they are resorting to this tactics to sell a vehicle. If 0 stars was an option I would give them that .

Responsive and easy going personnel. I purchased my vehicle the day I test drove it.

Reached out through CarGurus interested in this vehicle. One person immediately scheduled an appointment for me to see it. Another person then contacted me and told me it was in the shop and I might not be able to see it during that scheduled time and had no ETA of when it would be done in the shop. So I was left waiting and given no other option after asking for a status update multiple time. Only to then be updated that someone else had reached out and decided to move forward with the car and that it wouldn’t be available to me unless that person fell through. I was very interested in purchasing the car but they didn’t make me aware that I could apply for financing and that would mean the car would be mine if I wanted it. Then I asked if they put a deposit down on it and they said no they don’t take deposits. I wasn’t even made aware that there was any way to move forward and then just got told the car was basically gone. Not happy with the costumer service they provided. Beware!

Overall, I'm very satisfied with my experience at Kia of Englewood.

They made sure they could it work out for me! I would definitely come back here for another car whenever I need one!

It was a waste of my time. They said the car was available and when I got there they played games with me having me wait and showed me other cars saying they had to dig the car I came to see out of the snow. In the meantime, they supposedly negotiated a deal with someone else for the car. The salesman then said that if I wanted to offer more for the car perhaps it would still be available for me. Bad business practice.
