Worst experience ever, they charge you 8000$ dealer fee and extra hidden fee on top, not to mention finance charge and worst apr and they don’t let u finance through ur bank, they only let u finance through their bank and o customer service don’t even let u test drive a car unless you fill out credit application and get hit on credit score , they are thieves and scammers, remember if the cars listed for 20000$ make sure u have $55000 to spare for a used car, worst and horrific experience ever and waste of time and money

Called me promptly but have not contacted back. That’s on me, though, not the dealer. They have been helpful and responsive to this point.

This is the worst dealership ever…ever. Come here if you like being conned, scammed, and talked down to. Glad I did not but here.

FYI, the price you see in CarGuru is not the same at the dealership. Meaning if CarGuru says 33,000 add an additional 20% at the dealership. You need to chat with the dealership before visiting. I thought I was paying 33,000 for the car but that was the price after giving the 20% down payment. Still not a bad deal but not what I expected. The car was in outstanding shape and I got the 4 year 48,000 miles so I left the dealership satisfied. I would had been more happy if the price was exactly what it said in CarGuru but other than that the dealership staff was outstanding and I love the car.
