Worst experience ever, they charge you 8000$ dealer fee and extra hidden fee on top, not to mention finance charge and worst apr and they don’t let u finance through ur bank, they only let u finance through their bank and o customer service don’t even let u test drive a car unless you fill out credit application and get hit on credit score , they are thieves and scammers, remember if the cars listed for 20000$ make sure u have $55000 to spare for a used car, worst and horrific experience ever and waste of time and money

Called me promptly but have not contacted back. That’s on me, though, not the dealer. They have been helpful and responsive to this point.

The representative contacted me and when I asked questions about the price of the vehicle, he made it seem as though the price was firm. They then marked the vehicle down twice within the next 2 weeks.

They helpfully sent along the carfax, but when I wanted to put a deposit on the car, they never called back. I tried multiple times to get in touch, but never was able to put a deposit down
