They did all they could to match me with a vehicle and were very responsive. I wish they had found one that fit my needs, because I would have loved to purchase a vehicle with them. I did find one elsewhere though.

Everything seemed to be going well and I thought my wishes (absolutely no addons, just the car) were being honored. I made the mistake of signing some of the paperwork on an iPad without asking to see that specific document. Two days later I was looking through my paperwork and realized they'd tacked on a $4000 service contract that had not been mentioned a single time during the process. I called to ask them to remove this and the finance manager said he "thought I knew that was on there" and tried to argue why it wasn't an extra because it was the "manufacturers warranty." In the end I got the contract removed, but it added $6000 to my loan and extended my loan to 66 months when I told the sales associate explicitly (and we circled on the initial agreement) I wanted a 48 month loan. Turns out that's how they got away without me noticing - the monthly payment they verbally quoted was the same because the loan term had been extended. Either very shady or very incompetent practice.

They were very responsive to my enquiry but I found another totally different vehicle elsewhere prior to being able to get up to Old Saybrook.

Straight forward, no bs, very easy process with no pressure. Our sales person Nathan was great and knowledgeable.
