All went well

excellent contact person notified me of the up to date status of the Pathfinder I was interested in purchasing before I took the hour long trip, I really appreciated the customer service provided

The staff was very nice. I drove from 2 hours away to look at a Kai Sportage plug in hybrid. The sales person was very nice but the battery for this car was not charged. They knew I traveled a long distance to look at this vehicle but did not take my visit seriously enough to have the car 100% ready. If they had I most likely would have purchased on the spot but would not since I didn’t know how the car drove with a full charged battery. It’s not likely I will return again for any reason. I guess I’m not considered a good enough customer.

Positive experience and interactions until day of my scheduled visit for test drive. I told dealer specifically that I was coming from out of state. She did not call me to tell me until 45 min before my appointment that the car sold THE NIGHT BEFORE. It was inconsiderate and unprofessional to wait as long as she did, as they did know I was traveling some distance and was halfway thru my drive. I am no longer interested in giving this establishment my business

I haven’t purchased a vehicle here yet, but Alex has been absolutely AMAZING. Very helpful with providing information and details.

It was great. Just little things could be improved sales side but dan the sales manager was great worked with him before got me in my 2 hyundai. Fantastic then Fantastic now I know where to go if I want a new car in the future.
