The communication was very good and helpful. Unfortunately the car I was considering was sold

The moment I inquired I had three different people calling and texting me from the dealership. I was working with one and evidently they do not communicate the situation with the others and was still getting asked questions by multiple people. I got an email saying the Volvo had been sold and then shortly after I received a text asking if I wanted a video of the interior of the vehicle. It was all just a mess. Predatory it seems.

Dealership and salesman worked up a deal sheet and sold the vehicle to a sales managers family member while I was making the 2.5hr drive there. Would not recommend doing business here.

He scheduled me to come in the very next day, showed me the car, and helped make the entire process smooth and efficient.
