Kia dealerships near me (Beaverton, OR)

I dont normally bother to leave negative reviews but if I'm asked enough times, I suppose I will. I thought their sales tactics were outdated (lots of fast-talking and dodging questions). Ultimately they weren't willing to budge a single dollar on the asking price of a used vehicle - even though the price had gone up about $1500 from the time I inquired to the day I went to see the vehicle - which was less than a week. In the end, the mystery person from the back office tried to guilt me into committing to a car payment that I was very clear about not being able to afford because they "rushed to get the car ready for me", which I explicitly asked them not to do. Overall it was a less than mediocre experience. It was a 3 hour round trip for me and I felt like I was dealing with amateurs the entire time. Needless to say, I left without the car, even though I loved it.

Extended us terrific customer service

This dealer not only didn't follow up with me, I came in to see the vehicle and was told it wasn't ready yet, it was in their "bodyshop". I asjed to see it anyway and was told no. I told the salesman to contact me when it was. Later that day I called, because I really wanted this vehicle, and was told one of their employees bought the vehicle. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and I will never do business with them. Hannah KIA should be ashamed of themselves. You guys are the reason people think car dealerships are slimy.

Everyone at Weston Kia was very professional and friendly. Michelle and Lisa are knowledgeable and prompt. They answered all our questions and provided a great buying experience.

I contacted the dealership about a price, which they offered, but quickly sent me a message and said they’d “sold it” a week prior (3/5/24) - yet all references to it on CarGurus AND the dealers own website still showed it as available. In fact, it still shows as available for purchase today (3/19/24). I’m not going to waste my time looking at anything else they have to offer if it’s all just a big “bait and switch” operation.
