Immediately contacted via my email questions. Gave us a great deal on a car for which we expressed interest, and the salesperson stayed late for us on the night we decided to look at the car. Like most car dealers, there is always some "mystery" about what a car might "really cost" prior to negotiations, and I prefer a more straightforward no-dicker, sticker price approach. But, all in all, a good experience. We had hoped to do a deal with Power Kia, but ended up finding a car sold directly by an owner.

Well you asked so here's my experience. I called about your new ad for a Honda Odyssey on the 1st day of it't listing... and drove from Eugene to Salem to see and drive it. But, I was told it wasn' t actually at the dealership and couldn't get a simple answer where it was. Plus I was told it was a wheel chair modified vehicle. Anyway... no it wasn't and I was called to see if I was still interested... but it wasn't really available again... so I have to say it was a lousy experience, flaky, wasted time... a masterpiece of used car nonsense.

Spoke with dealership. Said they would check location of vehicle & call me--no word from them. This is the second time I have been "jerked around" by Power Auto group. Not impressed!

Got the runaround here. I contacted them and I was told that the vehicle I was looking at was still in inventory. I asked to come look at it and they said that it was at another location and they would bring it over for me to look at. I told them I was willing to drive to wherever it was so that I didn't miss out on it. They said that they would bring it to their location and that I could look at it at noon the next day. I agreed to the appointment, and was told that I would be called to confirm my noon appointment. I saw it listed on other Power dealer sites, so I started calling them to locate where it actually was. They all told me that it "had an appointment on it" for the next day. Even after explaining to them that the appointment they were seeing on it was for me, no one would tell me where it was. So I waited. By noon the following day, I had not been called. I called around 1:30pm to see what was going on. After being on hold for the salesperson I had been working with (Alfredo from Power Nissan) for quite some time, he comes on to tell me that they went to go get the vehicle, but it had already been sold. I asked why I had not received a call, and they had no answer for that. I was annoyed at this point by the lack of follow through and the hassle, but I calmly asked Alfredo if there were other similar vehicles available. I was very specific about what I was looking for and that my budget was up to $20k. I was told yes, there were a few other options, but some details were missing, such as mileage, price, etc. I was told I would be contacted with more information about the listings after he did some research. I asked if the information could be emailed to me so that I could look at them, and was told it was not a problem. I provided my email. A week later, I have still heard nothing. No emails, no phone calls. I believe that my displeasure could have been avoided if just one person from the multiple Power dealerships that I spoke to would have been willing to just tell me where the vehicle was so that I could call and make sure it was there, and go look at it. I was ready to buy, cash in hand. I ended up making a purchase a few days later from a competitor dealership, and was treated like royalty by them, even though I was buying a used vehicle. Very poor customer service and communication in my opinion.

Price ended up being more than advertised, but it was still much cheaper than anything I could find locally. They had exactly what I wanted and we're easy to deal with. I bought the blue Kia Soul and am expecting it next week.

Contacted me right away, we live in California made a date to fly up to Oregon to look at the car. Gave a deposit to hold the car. Arrived saw the car drove it and decided to purchase the car. Gave them a Bank Cashiers Check for the total amount we agreed on. The process went fairly quickly and we were on our way back to California in a little over an hour. Prior to leaving I asked if I had all the paperwork to register the car in California and they said I did. Well, apparently I did not. When I went to register the car in California I was asked where was the title to the car. I told the lady at DMV that was all the paperwork Power Auto Group in Corvallis, Oregon gave me and said that was all I would need to register the car in California. DMV said without the title it cannot be registered and the title should have been given to me when I purchased the car in full. Now I have been trying for over a week to get the title to the car, have been given 2 different dates on when I would receive the title and as of yet these dates have passed and still no title form Power Auto Group. Was told they had to wait till the check cleared. I purchased the car on July 27. Normally it only takes 5 days for a check to clear not 2 weeks and this check was a cashiers check from a Bank. Now for positive note the salesman I was dealing was named Ryan and he was very helpful, he has seemed very concerned that I have been unable to get what I need to be able to register the car. I feel the entire issue is with their office personnel

I received an email on Friday stating the vehicle i wanted to look at was available. I drove up from Eugene the next day, arriving at noon and was told the van had been sold. The van is still listed on their website as available a week later.

Contacted dealer ask them why they put up a picture of a four-door sedan when they're advertising a super sport and they responded to me all it needed to be checked out through our maintenance department before we could take a picture of it. I think their salesmanship is very very poor because why would you advertise a car that's not ready to be sold and show a picture of a base for door when you're advertising a super sport. To me to methat is very poor advertisement. All you have to do is look at the advertisement and read it and it says Super Sport and they're showing a four door base model to me all this dealer gets Pros Wars answering me and telling me that they have the wrong picture up there because their card needed to go through their automotive department before they could take a regular picture of it that's the stupidest thing I've ever heard of.

I have bought from Power many times and they brought me back a ridicules offer and The truck is not worth 22000 dollars and they acted like they weren't interested in selling it The sales person did not have answers and would always have to check. Not a place I will ever go back to

Dearler did respond this is an awesome car, a little over priced, for what it is..... as you can buy a new kia with warranty for about the same. Mr2 parts ... Dealer was great....Salesman was great.....I would love to make a deal on this one.but there are others with same mileage for around 8k and in very good condition...

They helped us every step of the way. The vehicle we were wanting wasn't ready yet, it was going through detailing and service(it was brought in over the weekend as a trade in). So they drove us to the vehicle to look it over and everything. Then we made a deal and I know owned a truck. They gave us a beautiful loaner vehicle to support around town till our truck was ready. They went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted. Thanks Miguel..
