I requested service in Spanish, and that is what I received. I spoke with a salesperson named Agustín, who is perfectly fluent in both Spanish and English. Everyone was very kind to me, and Agustín provided excellent service, accommodating my needs and exploring options to find a deal that worked for me.

After multiple calls AND scheduled appointment to see car, we proceeded with financing through our bank. Same day I called again and explained that we driving 2 hours (one way) to dealership to see that car. They told me- “sure! Please come!” AFTER arriving at their place- he told me that car was SOLD YESTERDAY. He did apologize and offered more expensive car. Of course we declined. We had to resubmit the loan application with new VIN number ( found another car) which different dealer. So .. No, I don’t recommend Advanced Premier Auto. He simply could’ve checked out hen I called about availability.. Waisted my time and money ( gas expensive).

It was a smooth transaction.

Terrible service and dishonest, contacted on Friday about car and dealer said we are close on price for us to buy but vehicle will not be ready for viewing till Monday and will contact us once vehicle was ready, so I took Monday off in anticipation of seeing and buying car, only to find out dealer sold car over weekend and never updated or contacted us back. Manager asked for feedback so I informed him of situation and never heard back.

I received an e-mail that the auto in question was being serviced and photos and a report would be provided to me thereafter. I never heard anything after that.

Staff very good, polite, well trained and knowledgeable about product,

I had a family emergency that has not allowed for me to visit or followup. But they have with me and have been very courtious and engageing but respectful so I look forward to possibly working with them on our transportation needs.

The staff were great and made the experience as smooth as possible!
