I inquired as to the availability of the car and received a prompt email reply that it was available. I asked one other question via email and never received an answer.

Great company!!!

Very poor used-car sales experience. I came in genuinely interested in purchasing a truck, but the salesman was rude, dismissive, and made me feel like I was wasting his time rather than a potential customer. I understand we may not always agree on price, but basic respect and professionalism cost nothing. I was prepared to buy the right truck at the right price, but the way I was treated made it easy to take my business elsewhere.

They never reached out to me after I made my inquiry so no follow up at all

They responded quickly and everyone was very helpful and friendly, they explained everything about the 2026 Trax I ended up buying, helped with the cars features, and financing. I would 100% recommend Parks Chevrolet Kernersville.

They were very nice Kenny was an amazing person and helped out the best who could . Overall my experience was excellent I would definitely recommend anybody that is looking for a car to go there . Just very good and excellent customer service and very respectful also pleasant.

Overall experience was very helpful even though I didn't buy a car, they were understanding about my situation and is willing to work with me in the future.

Staff was very helpful without being pushy. I appreciated that they were not high pressure.
