Dealerships near me (Kansas City, MO)

It wasn't your typical dealership. And the car I wanted the first time was sold before I got there. Then I found another one I liked and it got sold. Then I had a purchase agreement already signed and all they needed was my money but then that car was sold.. and they never helped me again to get me a car.

The Curnow staff was excellent. There was no pressure to buy, the trade in process was fast and fair. They were knowledgeable and professional. We will buy from Curnow again when looking to trade.

I first reached to the dealer via telephone after seeing a truck I was interested in online. The salesman informed me that he was not sure but would check the lot and give me a call in twenty or thirty minutes when he could lay eyes on the truck. 5 hours later I had not heard anything so I called back and was informed that the truck was on the lot. I then made an appointment to go see the truck. The salesman informed me the day I was supposed to go up there (this had been planned for 2 days) that the truck was not on the lot due to it being repaired elsewhere. I then went to the lot to look at another truck that was there. I requested that he call me when the truck was back which supposed to be a Monday. Its now Wednesday afternoon, and I haven't heard from anyone there.

Very poor dealership. No staff member ever contacted me about the vehicle I am interested in. I had to call the dealership twice to get any info, both times my questions were never answered, and I am still waiting for a return call (9/1).

About 20 minutes before Milner called another dealer called to tell me the truck i was interested in wasnt in as good condition as they thought so they wholesaled it....to Milner's. I kindly told him i couldnt buy a truck from anyone after being told it was actually a pile of junk....in not so many words

The gentleman I spoke with went above and beyond to try and find me something I liked.

The dealership sales reps are good and efficient.
