The salesman I dealt was not transparent, Nickel and dime you to calling off the deal. I will never work with them again. After numerous phone calls the salesman tells me he actually doesn’t work where the auto was located. Additional charges every time we talked.

I was interested in a 2023 BMW M* Comp - I made two trips to this dealership and even scheduled time to meet with a manager the following day. While the salesperson was kind enough to let me know the car had sold, the overall experience fell short. I understand the goal is to sell vehicles, but customer experience matters just as much. In this case, communication and follow-up did not meet expectations. I hope future customers receive a more complete and attentive experience.

Dealer ran our credit, but then sold the vehicle to another buyer! That was rude of them. They then offered a newer model with less miles, but much more expensive! I got a quote from another dealer and found new was only 2k more than their 2024 with 31,000 miles. That means the used car is overpriced.

Sales Rep Austin made the buying experience awesome. He is one hell of a guy. Nothing but the best feed back here.
